Product Care Instructions — Make Your Products Last Longer
Follow these simple tips to keep your grooming products working like new.
Trimmers & Clippers
Clean the blades after every use with the cleaning brush provided. Apply 2–3 drops of blade oil every week to keep the blades sharp and smooth. Do not wash the full body in water unless the product is marked waterproof. Charge the battery fully before first use, and avoid overcharging overnight regularly. Store in a dry place away from moisture.
Shavers
Rinse the shaving head as per the product's instructions (waterproof models only). Replace foils and blades when shaving performance drops. Keep the protective cap on when not in use.
Hair Dryers
Clean the air filter at the back every 2–3 weeks — a blocked filter causes overheating. Do not wrap the cable tightly around the dryer; it damages the wire over time. Let the dryer cool down before storing.
Straighteners & Curlers
Always use on dry hair unless the product is made for wet use. Clean the plates with a soft dry cloth after they cool down — never use water on hot plates. Use a heat protectant spray on your hair to protect both your hair and the plates. Unplug immediately after use and let it cool before storing.
General Safety Tips
Always use the original charger and correct voltage (220V in Bangladesh). Keep all products away from children and water. Do not attempt to open or repair the product yourself — it will void your warranty. If anything feels wrong (burning smell, unusual noise), stop using it and contact us.
