Terms and Conditions — Gadget Express
Welcome to Gadget Express. By using our website gadgetexpressbd.com and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before ordering.
1. About Us
Gadget Express is an online store based in Bangladesh, selling genuine grooming and personal care products including trimmers, clippers, shavers, hair dryers, straighteners, and accessories.
2. Orders
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation by phone, SMS, or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is out of stock, the delivery address is incomplete, or we are unable to reach you for confirmation. Orders that are repeatedly refused at delivery may result in future orders requiring advance payment.
3. Pricing
All prices on our website are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Prices may change at any time without prior notice, but confirmed orders will always be charged at the price shown at the time of ordering. Promotional prices and discount offers are valid only for the stated campaign period.
4. Payment
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Bangladesh. You pay the full amount, including delivery charge, to the delivery rider when your order arrives. Additional payment methods (bKash, Nagad, cards) may be added in the future.
5. Delivery
We deliver nationwide through our courier partner. Delivery charges are: Dhaka City — 60 BDT, Suburban Areas — 100 BDT, Outside Dhaka — 120 BDT. Delivery usually takes 1–2 days inside Dhaka and 2–4 days outside Dhaka. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or holidays. Delivery charges may change according to courier pricing.
6. Product Inspection and Returns
You have the right to open and inspect your product in front of the delivery rider before paying. If you find any problem — wrong item, damage, or defect — return it to the rider immediately at no cost. Once you accept the product and complete payment, it cannot be returned under the return policy. From that point, the product is covered by its applicable service warranty. 7. Warranty
Eligible products come with a service warranty as stated on the product page. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, burns from incorrect voltage, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear. To claim warranty, contact us on WhatsApp at +8801614-001543 with your order number. The customer is responsible for sending the product to us for warranty service unless stated otherwise.
8. Product Information
We try our best to display accurate product photos, descriptions, and specifications. However, slight differences in color or appearance may occur due to lighting and screen settings. Product packaging may vary depending on the manufacturer.
9. Website Use
You agree not to misuse our website, place fake orders, or attempt any activity that harms our business or other customers. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Gadget Express and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
Gadget Express is not liable for any indirect loss or damage arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page and apply from the date of posting.
