If you find any problem with the product at the time of delivery — wrong item, damage, or defect — return it immediately to the rider. You pay nothing, including no delivery charge. - After You Accept the Product
Once you have checked, accepted, and paid for the product, it can no longer be returned under the return policy. From that point, your product is covered under its applicable service warranty instead. - Warranty Claims
If your product develops an issue after purchase, contact us on WhatsApp at 01870172574 with your order number. Our team will guide you through the warranty process as per the warranty terms of that product.

Suburban Areas — 100 BDT
Outside Dhaka — 120 BDT
